Refund Policy

Ancreda Refund Policy

At Ancreda we provide our clients with a 2-months return policy. At Ancreda we cannot offer a refund to any of our clients if it is over 60 days since the purchase of a product, but we do offer an exchange. If you want to claim a refund or reimbursement of any sort, the digital access code issued by us must still be intact. (Company, we, us means Ancreda.)

Refunds

When we get a refund application from you, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received it and will get back to you as soon as we can. It is our job at Ancreda to let you know whether or not we are moving forward with your application after we have processed it. If your application gets approved, you will get a refund within 15 business days, and the money will be credited to your account.

If you do not get your refund within 14 days for a variety of technical reasons, you should contact the credit card company or bank whose card you used to purchase the product. If you do not get your payments despite completing all of the instructions, please contact us at [email protected] We will ensure that a member of our staff responds to you within two days.

Sale Products

Only the products with standard prices are eligible for a refund. Refunds are not available for products purchased during a sale.

Exchanges(If Applicable)

We may replace your digital card/access code if it is defective or has a problem. You must send us an email if you want to change it to another one. As soon as we receive the email, we will begin working on it.

Gift Certificate

If the product was marked as a gift when it was ordered and shipped, you will get a gift card for the value of your return after it has been received unused and undamaged. If the item was not identified as a gift when it was ordered we would pay the gift giver if the present provider had the product shipped to them so they could deliver it right away.

Cancellation

If students wish to discontinue their membership in any course, they should notify us by email at [email protected], and our team will respond. The email should explicitly express the reasons for withdrawing from the course, accompanied by documentation to back up the claims.
